The Barn
The Barn is one of three charming houses that make up The Yoga Barn, along with the Cottage and The Lodge.
Lovingly restored by owners Tim and Hillary, The Barn blends rustic charm with comfort and warmth, offering a peaceful place to stay during your time here.
The heart of the house is a cozy living space, warmed by a large stove hearth – perfect for quiet mornings or relaxed evenings.
Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious room with three warm and comfortable single beds and a private ensuite bathroom.(€425 per person)
A winding staircase leads you to a light-filled landing with a swing and a large window overlooking the rolling hills of Kilkenny – a serene spot to read, daydream, or simply soak up the view.
Upstairs is the second bedroom, with three more single beds and another ensuite bathroom. (€425 per person)
With a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of charm, the Barn is ideal for guests who want a peaceful and homey base.
The Cottage
The Cottage is the warm, welcoming heart of the Yoga Barn – the place where everyone comes together. This is where we gather to share delicious meals around one long, homely table, connect, unwind, and feel part of something special.
Full of charm and character, the Cottage is the original house on the land. It’s cosy, friendly, and deeply rooted in the family spirit that runs through the whole retreat.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms:
– A twin room with two single beds and a private ensuite €460 per person
– A triple room with three single beds, also with its own ensuite €400 per person
Whether you’re relaxing by the fire, enjoying a shared meal, or curling up in one of the snug bedrooms, the Cottage offers a true sense of home and belonging.
The Lodge
Tucked just across the grassy courtyard from the Barn and the Cottage, the Lodge offers a peaceful, self-contained space that’s ideal for up to four people. With its own wood-burning stove, kitchen, and large bathroom.
Inside, the Lodge has a beautifully simple and cosy layout:
– On the left, a more private sleeping area with a double bed €360 per person sharing or €495 single occupancy
– On the right, a single bed tucked into a snug little nook €470
– Above, up a ladder, you’ll find another single bed nestled into a loft-style annex, €470
Whether you’re sipping tea by the stove, enjoying the view of the courtyard, or resting in one of the cosy sleeping spaces, the Lodge offers comfort, character, and a gentle sense of seclusion.
