Sample Daily Schedule:

  • 8:30AM - 10 AM: Morning yoga practice to greet the day.

  • 10:30 AM: Sumptuous brunch, one of the main meals of the day.

  • 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Free time and activities. Enjoy guided hikes, refreshing waterfall swims, relaxation in the pool, sauna, or hot tubs. Join a cooking class with Chef Ollie, or take a siesta, whatever you like!

  • 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Evening yoga practice to wind down the day.

  • 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Delicious dinner shared with the group.

  • 9-PM: (x 3 nights) Optional evening session, such as a relaxing yoga nidra or a gentle yin practice.

  • Also during this tome the fire pits will be on and we can chat together under the stars.
